Enfield, CT, [August 5, 2024] — The cat is out of the bag! After more than 15 years of operating under the name Enfield Opticians, we’re thrilled to finally unveil our true identity as Harvey & Lewis Opticians. It’s the “worst kept secret” in town, and we’re embracing it with open arms and a new logo!

Back in the day, Enfield Opticians was a well-loved, established business located in the Enfield Square Mall. When Harvey & Lewis Opticians acquired the store over 15 years ago, we decided to keep the original name to avoid confusing our loyal patients. A few years later, we moved to the ShopRite plaza to continue serving our community without disrupting the familiarity our patients cherished.

But now, it’s time for a change! We’re excited to finally align Enfield Opticians with the Harvey & Lewis brand, a name synonymous with exceptional eye care and designer eyewear for over 130 years. As much as we’ve enjoyed being the town’s “worst kept secret,” it’s time to go public.

So, next time you visit for your eye exam or to pick out new frames, look for the Harvey & Lewis logo. It’s the same great service, the same friendly faces—just with a new, official name.
