Dr. Susan Devine

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Susan Devine, OD, to the Harvey & Lewis Opticians family! Dr. Devine joined us in October 2024 at our Enfield location, bringing with her a strong passion for the treatment and management of dry eye and glaucoma. She is a board-certified, advanced practice optometrist with 25 years of experience practicing in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. Dr. Devine graduated from Smith College with a BA and later earned her doctorate from The New England College of Optometry in Boston.
A native of Enfield, Dr. Devine attended Enfield schools and was Valedictorian of Enfield High School. She has been married for 30 years to her high school sweetheart, whom she met in Latin class, and together they have a son currently attending college. Outside of her work, Dr. Devine enjoys cooking with her husband, spending time along the Connecticut shoreline, watching classic films, and reading with her book club. Her favorite novel? Pride and Prejudice, of course!
